| Customer Reviews: Average Rating:  Rating : - Thank Goodness For Charcoal!!! I suffer from IBS, and am very sensitive to food - so much so I hate eating. Charcoal has really helped me. I used to get stomach aches, bloating and gas after every meal - it felt like food poisoning 3 times a day.
I changed my medication, changed my diet, changed my lifestyle...nothing helped until I took charcoal after meals.
I also take a pro-biotic called Primal Defense, which really helps. Just be careful not to take the charcoal when you take your medications or vitamins because supposedly it will absorb it...
Keep some charcoal in your purse - give it a try the next time you feel like you have food poisoning or are feeling sick to your stomach.
