Works awesome on my hardwood, and almost as good on my area rug with its constant supply of dog hair and crumbs. Stays charged for a long time, but is a little tricky to empty the cup. Doesn't collect the dog hair as well as my Electrolux Oxygen with its main head on my area rug, but does a decent job for quick clean ups.
